The result of a project that began four years ago, L’Oréal’s new corporate office was tailor-built in Rio de Janeiro, under a built-to-suit scheme, and complies with the best sustainability practices in the world.

Museu de Arte do Rio
Museu de Arte do Rio houses a rich collection that integrates art and education. Over the past six years, e-vertical has been responsible for the management of safety and protection of its assets through the operation and maintenance of the institution’s fire systems. In addition to ensuring the safety of teachers, researchers, curators and the general public who visit the museum on a daily basis, we are also responsible for preserving a library that comprises over 1,200 books written by national and foreign artists. It’s was an honor to renew our great partnership in 2019 and we are really glad to know that our work contributes to the promotion and dissemination of knowledge, culture and education in Brazil.
